Due to the nature of consulting and professional services, refunds are generally not provided for completed work or services already rendered.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any work completed prior to cancellation remains payable by the client.

For scheduled consulting or project-based services, cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start date may qualify for rescheduling or partial refund consideration at the discretion of Laver Enterprise Inc.
